Pistol Retake
Take the site with your sidearm.
Defend or retake a planted bombsite with pistols. The native Retakes objective, utility and defuse equipment remain part of the round while rifles and sniper rifles are excluded.

How to play
Create a private match with Pistol Retake selected.
Choose a supported map and organize up to three T players and four CT players.
Find a server, connect through the lobby and get ready before the host starts.
Before you join
- The round controls your pistol loadout; !guns explains the mode instead of opening the normal Deathmatch menu.
- Play the bomb objective and use the utility supplied by the native round.
- You wait until the next round after being eliminated. Choose Pistol DM for quick-respawn pistol training.
You need Counter-Strike 2 installed in Steam. Your browser may ask for permission to open Steam when you connect.
